Stylish Kate Mara joins fiancé Jamie Bell and his three-year-old son for a casual day of bowling in LA

They became engaged in January, after meeting on set of Fantastic Four back in 2014 and embarking on a romance. 

But Kate Mara and Jamie Bell looked stronger than ever on Monday as they took his three-year-old son, who he shares with ex Evan Rachel Wood, for a day out in LA. 

The actress, 34, appeared more than comfortable with the little boy, whose name has not been revealed, as she clasped onto his hand on their way to Pinz Bowling with his actor father, 31.

The House of Cards actress proved her natural sense of style as she headed out in simple black trousers, paired with a sleek leather jacket adorned with chunky silver zips.  

Keeping comfortable for the outing, the New York native added a soft grey top underneath and tied her look together with pink suede brogues, for a pop of colour.

Leaving her hair in its everyday style and sporting minimal make-up, Kate proved her natural beauty and radiant complexion as she joined fiancé Jamie and his son for a day out.

Meanwhile the Billy Elliot star kept casually cool in skinny grey tracksuit bottoms, a black T-shirt and sports trainers as he spent quality time with his family. 

Having been in a relationship with Jamie since 2015, Kate displayed her close relationship with his three-year-old, as she clasped onto his hand and happily chatted on their way inside.

Jamie shares his son with actress Evan Rachel Wood, 29, who he married in October 2012.

The duo welcomed their son in July the following year, but eventually separated in 2014 after just 19 months of marriage.

Jamie then embarked on a romance with actress Kate, after meeting her on the set of Fantastic Four.

They had first bonded during filming the previous year, but did not go public with their romance until May 2015, when they arrived hand-in-hand at the Met Gala in NYC.

After a number of public outings and dates, the pair then announced they had become engaged back in January. 

Kate's representative confirmed the happy news to E!, after sparking speculation by stepping out with a dazzling rock on her finger just before Christmas.

While they have remained tight-lipped about their nuptials so far, the actress did reveal recently that she has already chosen her wedding dress. 

Keeping the creator of the frock a secret, she told People last month:  'I knew the designer. I knew before we really said it out loud. I knew in my head it was going to be that one.'
