Racy in lace! Jesinta Campbell flashes her trim tummy and endless legs in plunging crop top and sheer skirt at boutique launch after covering up at women's lunch

She was the picture of sophistication in a conservative, business-inspired dress at an exclusive women's lunch on Thursday. 

But just hours after rubbing shoulders with the likes of foreign minister Julie Bishop and Today show veteran Lisa Wilkinson, Jesinta Campbell showed her versatility by slipping into a much more sultry design.

The soon-to-be wed former beauty queen was lovely in a racy lace ensemble that did much to show off her incredibly trim physique when she stepped out to help Mimco launch their flagship boutique in Sydney's Pitt Street Mall.

Jesinta, 23, was sure to put her best assets on show in a plunging crop top with flared sleeves and delicate buttons across the front.

She teamed the eye-catching top by Shopbop with a sexy semi-sheer skirt in the same pattern that couldn't help but  reveal a generous portion of her taut thighs.

Adding yet more height to her already lofty frame, the model and Getaway presenter stepped into a pair of strappy stiletto heels and accessoried with a host of delicate gold Mimco rings.

A slick of venomous, dark berry lipstick and a cool smoky eye completed Jesinta's evening look which couldn't have been more different from her lunch-time ensemble.

One thing that did remain the same however, was the stunner's hair which on both occasions was pulled back into a sleek and straight 'do with a severe centre parting.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the fashion launch, Jesinta shared some of her winter workout secrets including how her AFL star fiance Buddy Franklin helps keep her motivated to stay fit.

'He came to a boxing class of mine the other day... He was such a great motivator and he was so encouraging of me,' she said of the buff Sydney Swans player who proposed with a giant sparkler last December.

The launch was held in Pitt Street mall and debuted Mimco's interactive touch tables that gives customers additional information about how to style and care for a certain product and where it was made when scanned

She added that packing her gym wear while travelling to squeeze in a session at the hotel gym, constantly changing up your routine and always finding time to workout were high on her list.

The launch, which was held in Sydney's CBD, debuted Mimco's interactive touch tables that give customers additional information about how to style a certain product, how to care for it and how it was made when scanned.

Guests on the night were gifted with a customised leather key chain in black, orange or khaki that will also be given to the store's first customers when they spend over a certain amount when the store opens to the public on Friday. 

Earlier in the day she had attended a Women of the Future Lunch hosted by the Australian Women's Weekly at nearby Darling Harbour.
