The men looked in great spirits as filming for the show commenced at the ferry dock Zigljen for the day.

While Jeremy got comfortable in a standard vehicle, Richard kept his adrenaline up by getting strapped into the red four by four.

As cameras rolled, it looked like the two motor lovers were in the midst of competition to see who could go quicker.

Jeremy seemed to have taken the lead, with the Audi powering past the go-kart buggy.

Speaking about the release of the second season, Clarkson gave some insight while promoting their new website DriveTribe on a Facbook livestream.

'It will go out this year at the same time the last one went out… whenever that was,' he revealed - hinting at an autumn release after season one premiered in November.

Filming for the second season hasn't been without its setbacks though, as Hammond reportedly injured himself during a motorbike crash in Africa.

The father of Richard also recently spoke of his relief after his son survived a second 'horror crash' while filming for the TV series in Mozambique.
