She's the Hollywood actress known for her classic style.

And Rose Byrne showed off her style credentials once again, while running errands in New York on Wednesday.

The 37-year-old sported a layered ensemble, adding a pop of colour with pastel pink sneakers and a tan shoulder bag.

Rose covered her slender frame in a blue dress shirt, paired with a beige sweater and indigo jeans.

A grey overcoat worked as an extra layer, while pastel pink sneakers added a subtle pop of colour.

The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks star carried a tan-hued shoulder bag as a functional accessory. 

Styling her brunette locks into an effortless style at the nape of the neck, Rose sported a minimal makeup palette, allowing her natural beauty to shine through.

The last few weeks have seen Rose hot on the promotional trail, for HBO film The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. 

The film, based on the book of the same name, details the life of Henrietta Lacks.

Henrietta's cervical cancer cells were immortalised into the HeLa cell line, which became crucial to medical research.

Renée Elise Goldsberry takes on the title role, while Rose plays Rebecca Skloot, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller on which the HBO film is based.

Oprah, who has helped executive produce, also stars in the drama as Henrietta's daughter Deborah Lacks.

And in an interview mid last month with ET, Rose revealed she had words with the media mogul on-set.

The Bridesmaids star told the famed talk show host to 'shut the f**k up.'

Rose was required to yell obscenities at Oprah's character in the telemovie.

'It was intense! It was a long day, but we wanted to do a good job and we were g-ed up to do it,' the actress told Entertainment Tonight.

'It was one of those strange surreal moments in your life but that's acting you know?'

Rose also praised her co-star who admitted to being 'nervous' prior to acting out the scenes.

'She's incredibly humble for someone of her, being a living legend really,' she gushed.
