Despite her mother's worries, Molly has already began carving out her acting career.
She graduated from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2014 and has appeared in several theatre productions, as well as appearing in BBC dramas The Coroner and Father Brown.
Samantha - who is best known for playing Miss Moneypenny alongside Pierce Brosnan's Bond - followed her own mother Pat Sandys, a producer on The Bill, into the industry.
Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour is a play based on the 1998 novel The Sopranos by Alan Warner and runs until September 2.
