Trump asked Comey to SHUT DOWN Mike Flynn investigation

Former FBI director James Comey's written account of his dinner meeting with the President in February describes Trump asking him to close an investigation into disgraced general Mike Flynn. 'I hope you can let this go,' Donald Trump told Mr. Comey, according to a copy of a memo read to a New York Times reporter. Comey reportedly wrote the memo immediately after he met with Trump, as part of an effort to document situations in which the president sought to interfere in the FBI's operations. The memo could be the smoking gun that could ultimately result in obstruction of justices charges against the President – and his impeachment. The White House has fired back, claiming in a statement that 'the President has never asked Mr. Comey or anyone else to end any investigation, including any investigation involving General Flynn.'

President Trump is said to have made the suggestion during a meeting in the Oval Office in February during which he also allegedly asked the FBI director to drop a probe into General Mike Flynn.

Is President Trump turning on Jared Kushner?

As news broke of reports that President Donald Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian officials last week (pictured bottom) during a meeting in the West Wing, White House aides were 'hiding in offices' to avoid speaking to the press. The President is said to have become 'sour and dark' and has turned against his staff, including son-in-law Jared Kushner (pictured together top). The White House's communications team attempted to drown out shouting with a blaring television after reporters claimed to hear yelling coming from a room that Spicer, Steve Bannon and Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders were in during the chaotic night. Reporters also had a surprise encounter with Trump's top national security adviser, HR McMaster, who told them that the West Wing was the 'last place in the world I wanted to be'.

'I'm a patriot, and it would be an honor to serve the country,' Guilfoyle said. She is positioning herself as a loyal Trump insider who could take on the toughest spokesperson job in Washington.

President Trump pointed a finger at his fired ex-FBI Director James Comey, as he explained why he decided to share information, which was likely classified, with Russian officials.

Former Attorney General Sally Yates says she is worried Department of Justice employees investigating potential Russian ties to Donald Trump could fear for their jobs after Comey's firing.

Killer whales wage war on great white sharks: Gruesome aftermath of a brutal battle between the predators

A new video shows great white shark carcasses as they wash ashore in Gansbaai, South Africa, with a grisly incision through their gut and only their livers missing. At least three liver-less white shark carcasses have washed up near the popular tourist town this month.
