She's renting a property while she gets work done on her $12 million Hidden Hills home.

And 19-year-old Kylie Jenner's taste in temporary accommodation is quite impeccable as it's emerged she is staying in a luxurious Beverly Hills clifftop mansion at an eye-watering $125,000 a month.

TMZ reports that the five bedroom, seven bathroom property which overlooks lush green canyons, is currently on the market for $35 million.

TMZ reports that James Harris from The Agency, who also appears on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, repped Kylie.

The estate sits on four acres and comes with tennis courts and a large pool with paved terrace. 

Recently extensively renovated, the home oozes luxury and comes with a chef's standard kitchen, big screen theater and library with a bar.

The reality star now owns three properties in Hidden Hills, following the wildly successful launch of her lucrative make-up business.

She is currently trying to sell her 'starter home' in Calabasas - which she moved into in 2015 - for $3,300,000.

In May 2016 she bought the first of her Hidden Hills properties, spending $6 million on a 7,000-square-foot house.

In August, she acquired her second mansion located right next door to the first for $4.5 million. 

Her main residence is a 13,200 square foot property which has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms which she purchased in October 2016 for $12 million.
