Jared Kushner’s real estate holding company just sold a Brooklyn townhouse for $12.9million, the New York Post reported on Thursday.

The property at 27 Monroe Place in the trendy Brooklyn Heights neighborhood near Downtown Brooklyn was first bought by Kushner Companies in 2014 for $7.41million.

The company, which was run by CEO Jared Kushner until he resigned in January so that he could officially join the administration of his father-in-law, President Donald Trump, bought the five-story, 7,000-square-foot home from Brooklyn Law School.

The house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three powder rooms. It comes with an elevator, radiant-heated floors, and a chef’s kitchen with a dumbwaiter to the parlor floor butler’s pantry.

Matt Damon and his wife were reportedly interested in buying the home, but ultimately decided not to.

The $12.9million sale is the second most lucrative residential real estate transaction in Brooklyn so far this year, according to the Post.

It was sold for a whopping $15million to Colombian art dealer Lio Malca.
