Cara Delevingne covers up her freshly-shaved head with pink and white wig as she continues to film Life In A Year in Canada

She debuted her shocking bald style earlier this month, after ridding herself of hair for her new film Life In A Year.

But Cara Delevingne covered up her freshly shaved head with a white and pink wig on Wednesday as she filmed new scenes for the flick in Toronto, Canada

The 24-year-old model, who plays a dying teen in the film, was seen sporting a racy white maxi dress and the candy-coloured hairpiece as she arrived on set for another busy day of shooting.

The British beauty, who rose to prominence as a supermodel, looked relaxed as she arrived on set in the wig, which fell into playful pink and white stripes.

Indicating she was filming a more formal scene for the film, Cara was dressed in a racy semi-sheer maxi dress of white crochet and lace - displaying her famously statuesque figure for all to see as she prepared to shoot.

Keeping warm while she got into character however, the Burberry model then added a chunky black coat on top as well as Ugg boots as she chatted to the crew.

Checking her phone animatedly, Cara then disappeared into the filming establishment to work her magic in front of the camera.

The stunner is currently filming Life In A Year, directed by Mitja Okorn - which follows Cara as a terminally ill woman, with one year left to live.

In a bid to make her last months her best yet her boyfriend Daryn, played by 18-year-old Jaden Smith, vows to give her an 'entire life' in the time she has left.

Fully committing to her character, Cara debuted her fully shaved head for the first time on set last month, and has since showed off her new look at a number of red carpet events, including the glitzy Met Gala.

Only weeks before the film, Cara had been seen dying her trademark tresses a bright hue of pink - which she explained was in preparation of the big shave.

She told US weekly of the shake up at the time: 'I have to shave my head for my next part, so I have to do something different.

'So I dyed it. Just for fun. Just to change it up.'

Not much else is known about the new film, but it is thought to be debuting in cinemas in 2018.

Making the transition from modelling to acting however, Cara is also set to make an appearance in anticipated sci-fi thriller Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets.

The star, who landed her first acting role as Princess Sorokina in 2012 flick Anna Karenina opposite Keira Knightley, will play a feisty young fighter in the film.
