He's in the midst of preparing to act as best man at his big brother's wedding this weekend and Spencer Matthews is certainly looking the part.
The former Made In Chelsea star, whose brother James will marry Pippa Middleton on Saturday at the society wedding of the year, popped into a top London salon to get a much-needed haircut and beard trim.
The 27-year-old reality TV star looked like a new man after emerging from the Paul Edmonds salon on the Brompton Road on Thursday.

Spencer looked slightly unkempt upon entering the salon and displayed a bushy, untamed beard and hairstyle.
However, he sported a clean shaven look after leaving the A-list-approved hairdressers hours later.

Spencer, who cut a casual figure in black jeans, a white T-shirt, black coat and vibrant espadrilles, chatted away on the phone as he left the salon.
Paul Edmonds is one of London's top salons with clients including Christina Hendricks, Emma Thompson, Julie Walters and Sam Smith.

Last week, Spencer made sure all hands were on deck as he accompanied his mother Jane shopping in luxury department store Harrods for the final few items for the highly-awaited nuptials on Saturday.
Spencer is currently dating reality TV star Vogue Williams, who is not thought to be attending the wedding under Pippa's 'no ring, no bring' policy.
A wedding insider told The Sun: 'Pippa’s view is that Vogue’s relationship with Spencer is still very new. It wouldn’t be appropriate for her to be there after just a few months of dating.
'But some people in the circle are pretty shocked because this is her future brother-in-law who’s going to end up attending on his own. It’s certainly raised eyebrows.'
The source also added: 'It’s clear Pippa doesn’t want to be outshone by any TV babes on her big day.'

They have reportedly organised a World War Two Spitfire to perform a vintage air display above the reception at the Middleton family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire, following the ceremony at nearby St Mark's Church.
Pippa's parents Carole and Michael are organising the reception and are said to have apologised to neighbours about the ‘inconvenience’.
The couple have also hired out a £100,000 glass marquee for the plush event to guard against any potential bad weather.
And they have also splashed out on luxury temporary bathrooms complete with oak fittings, porcelain basins, spot lighting and full-length mirrors, while the toilets are fitted with vacuum flushes, which work like those on a plane and are eco-friendly.
