Quilty pleasures: Lily Rose Depp wears clingy red patchwork print dress as she leaves her hotel in Cannes

Actress Lily-Rose Depp was once again in Cannes for the 70th annual Film Festival on Wednesday ahead of the opening gala that evening. 

The 17-year-old stepped out of her hotel wearing a stunning form-fitting red patchwork print dress which had a cowl neck detail. 

The number fell down past her knees and was colourful in design.

Wearing a pair of low-heel snakeskin strappy sandals, the Chanel muse wore a quilted leather bag by the brand on one shoulder. 

She wore a pair of oversized vintage frames which helped her to look just like her famous mother, Vanessa Paradis. 

Lily carried her mobile phone and an invitation in one hand, no doubt Lily was looking forward to the evening's events.

Meanwhile, her father Johnny, 53, was pictured leaving his hotel in Paris on the same day, dressed in a casual ensemble. 

He wore a crisp denim jacket with battered jeans and a green top as he made his way down the street. 

With a bandana hanging from his back pocket, Johnny had put a lot of effort into his accessories.

He wore a smattering of silver rings, as well as a Vivienne Westwood hat on his head, as well as a pair of white sunglasses.

On Tuesday, Lily was pictured sunbathing wearing an orange dress at the upmarket Eden Roc in Cap d'Antibes.

She later joined forces with her Planetarium co-star Natalie Portman for a dinner date that evening.
