Her split from husband Romain Zago was only just made public, but bombshell Joanna Krupa isn't wasting any time finding new company.

Tuesday, the Playboy covergirl was spotted getting friendly with businessman Nico Santucci at celeb favorite Mr. Chow in Los Angeles, according to US Weekly

The potential couple looked cute and casual at the Chinese eatery, as sources claim the duo are 'inseparable' but are taking things slow right now and still 'feeling [things] out.'

The Polish-American beauty wasn't wearing a wedding ring, but did flaunt a sparkling smile during her Tuesday date with the 50-year-old restaurant mogul.

A source close to the Real Housewife revealed, 'Joanna and Nico are feeling it out and like each other,' but told US the duo isn't getting serious about commitment yet.

But another source said the pair are close-as-can-be, explaining they have 'been inseparable' and that they even 'spent Mother's Day together.'

News of Joanna and Nico's pairing comes just two weeks after the Polish-American model confirmed she'd split from husband of five-years Romain Zago this past December.

A source close to the star said there was no particular catalyst for the break up, and that the couple 'just grew apart.'

The model and nightclub owner were engaged in 2012 after several years of dating and married in Carlsbad, California in 2013.

Joanna's new man is a self-made millionaire, first earning his wealth with his own car service before branching out to real estate and entertainment.

Like her ex-hubby Zago, Mr. Santucci also has a penchant for nightlife, owning and operating several upscale clubs in LA and Las Vegas.

The Chicago native also owns his own food company Capo's Capone Family Secret, which creates 'secret family recipes' from the businessman's Italian heritage.
