In costume, the youthful Adele looked ravished by age with wispy ginger and grey hair thinning on her scalp.
Her trademark cheekbones remained prominent but were shrouded by sunken skin and loosened jowls.
She matched the look with a thick pink woolen cardigan, granny glasses and mother of pearl earrings.
The West Norwood girl looked a far cry for her usual radiant self - in February she was pictured at the 59th Grammy Awards in a classic green number with matching accessories.

Adele's wealth has rocketed to £125million following the release of her third album 25, which has sold more than 20million copies around the world.
It reinforces her position as Britain’s richest ever female pop star, according to the Sunday Times Rich List 2017.

Adele’s wealth was estimated to be £85million last year, up from £50million the year before.
She is the 19th richest musician - and only solo female artist - in the Music Millionaires list, which is topped by Sir Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell who are worth a combined £780m.
The former Beatle, 74, continues to increase his wealth with live appearances and last October he earned an estimated £8million from the Desert Trip festival in California.
He is joined on the list by ex-bandmate Ringo Starr and George Harrison’s widow and son, Olivia and Dhani Harrison.
Second in the list is Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber who boasts £740m in 2017 with his continued involvement in musical theatre while The Rolling Stones are well represented with Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts increasing their collective wealth by £50m.

Adele, who has a four-year-old son, Angelo, with husband Simon Konecki, had a less comfortable start to life after her father, a plumber, left her mother Penny Adkins when she was a baby.
As a single mother, Miss Adkins worked as a freelance masseuse, furniture-maker and organiser for adult learning activities, and would take Adele to music classes most nights.

Growing up, the singer attended ten schools as her mother moved them from flat to flat, mostly around Brixton in south London.
Robert Watts, compiler of The Sunday Times Rich List, said: ‘What a year for Adele. Such strong record sales and a busy touring schedule propel her into our main list for the first time.
‘Still in her 20s, if Adele’s career lasts as long as many of the other entries in our list, she has the potential to be the highest-earning British musician of all time.’
The Music Millionaires list is released ahead of the 29th annual Sunday Times Rich List, which will be published this weekend.
The full list charts the wealth of the 1,000 richest individuals and families in the UK and Ireland.
