The good people of Cheviot Hills will no longer be treated to a free drum performance - whether that is a loss to them depends on their personal preference towards Noughties punk music.

Travis Barker has sold one of his five homes, with the Los Angeles property selling for $290,000 less than he hoped.

After just a few months on the market, the 41-year-old drummer has been able to cut down his property portfolio.

TMZ reports the musician sold the home for $4.46 million.

Travis had listed the property for $4.75 million originally but quickly slashed the price to $4.5 million.

While it is less than he wanted, he did buy the home for $4 million in 2014 so he still comes out on top.

The 4,173-square-foot home is located in the small community of Cheviot Hills which is on the Westside of Los Angeles.

Bought after his split from his wife Shana Moakler, the home was perfect for him and his two children.

The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on .21-acre corner parcel of land.

It is not clear how much time Travis spent here as he has four more homes.

Just this week he picked up a second property in Calabasas, according to Variety.

The $2.825 million is located in the same gated community as his long term mansion, where it is believe his former partner and their children live. He also has a home in Bel Air and a modest property outside of Los Angeles at Lake Elsinore.
