Amy Schumer manages a smile as she reveals she's looking for a 'nice guy' in first appearance since split from boyfriend Ben Hanisch

If Amy Schumer is nursing a broken heart, she didn't let it show as she continued to promote her new moving in London on Thursday following her split from Ben Hanisch.

The 35-year-old actress made her first public outing since ending her 18-month romance with the furniture designer earlier this week.

During her appearance on ITV's Loose Women in London, the comedienne revealed exactly what she's looking for in her next beau after she and Snatched costar Goldie Hawn were asked if they likes a good or bad guy during a game of What You Prefer.

After panelist Linda Robson popped her 'What You Prefer' question, Amy said 'I'll go for nice guy.'

Goldie - who has been in a relationship with actor Kurt Russell for 34 years - had a different take.

'I like a bad guy, I have to say,' explained the 71-year-old beauty, 'I've got in a lot of trouble with bad guys, but, uhm, Kurt's gotten to be a much better guy. That's for sure.'

Smarten up your style in pinstripes like Amy

Amy Schumer showed no sign of heartbreak in her latest promotional appearance ITV's Loose Women.

She sported a mixed striped outfit comprised of an off the shoulder top tucked into a figure flattering high-waisted skirt.

This navy number was instantly recognizable as a Victoria Beckham creation thanks to the button closures on the side which rake in the style points. The devil is always in the details and subtle embellishments like these take the garment to the next level.

And when asked whether they prefer to sleep with a man on the first date or wait, Amy was quick to respond, saying 'First date! Wait for what?'

And Goldie also admitted she and Kurt consummated their relationship on the first night.

She explained, 'I was loose. I really was. But by the way he was loose too!

'It takes two to be loose. But I knew him, we flirted and stuff, it was consummated on one night. It was all consuming, it's been that way for 34 years.'

'Wait for what?' When asked if she sleeps with someone on the first date, Amy giggled at her answer which boiled down to 'why wait?'

Though things didn't work out between the duo Amy previously described Ben as the quintessential 'nice guy', calling him the 'perfect man for her' because he wasn't phased by her celebrity status.

At the time she said, 'He's very protective of me. Like, not overprotective, but if someone's taking pictures of me or filming in a restaurant, he'll start taking pictures of them.'

'He's really cool; it's not a problem to be around any of the sorts of people who are at these events. He takes it all in his stride.

'But when I say, "Shall we get out of here?," he's like, "Yes!"... I'm so lucky that I met him. And he hadn't seen any of my work before we met.'

It seems like Amy's ex 'nice guy' is taking the split just fine, though as Page Six caught up with his brother Tim on Thursday.

'He’s doing fine. He’s all right. Everybody’s friendly. They’re good,' Ben's brother explained.

Asked about what lead to the split, Tim told the outlet he didn't have 'all the details on what happened.'
