She is engaged to marry Billy Elliot.

So it only make sense Kate Mara opted to indulge in a ballet workout in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The actress, whose fiance Jamie Bell first shot to fame as a schoolboy ballerino in the cult classic 2000 movie, looked in fine form indeed as she headed home following her limb-bending session.

Her workout regime seems to be working, if the lithe legs she showed off in her tight leggings are any guide.

The 34-year-old rounded off her look with a denim jacket and, in a nod to one of the two NFL franchises her immensely wealthy family owns, a New York Giants shirt.

Kate confirmed she was engaged to her 31-year-old lover after the cheeky actress wore a ring on her wedding finger in a photo she shared on Twitter back in January.

It had been speculated the previous year they were engaged after she had a sparkler on her left hand however Jamie denied it at the time, much to his other half's amusement.

The dynamic duo embarked on a romance after hooking up on the set of their disastrous flop Fantastic Four.

They had first bonded during filming the previous year, but did not go public with their romance until May 2015, when they arrived hand-in-hand at the Met Gala in NYC.

Jamie shares a son with actress Evan Rachel Wood, 29, who he married in October 2012.

The duo welcomed their son in July the following year, but eventually separated in 2014 after just 19 months of marriage.
