And Cara Delevingne was ready to take over the glamorous duties as she arrived in style at the event's photocall at the 70th annual film festival.

The model-turned-actress, 24, looked the epitome of Parisian chic as she flashed her svelte legs in a chic black bardot style dress and stylish red beret.

Stepping out to a Moschino event at Cannes Film Festival, Cara Delevingne looked her usual fashion-forward self in a zip-front dress and quirky beret.

The supermodel turned up to the event with the creative director of Moschino, Jeremy Scott, so it only made sense that she was wearing one of his creations!

She told US Weekly magazine of the shake up at the time: 'I have to shave my head for my next part, so I have to do something different.

'So I dyed it. Just for fun. Just to change it up.'

Making the transition from modelling to acting in recent years, Cara is also set to make an appearance in anticipated sci-fi thriller Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets.

The star, who landed her first acting role as Princess Sorokina in 2012 flick Anna Karenina opposite Keira Knightley, will play a feisty young fighter in the film.
