The 43-year-old took sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and their mom Kris Jenner to Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks on May 5 to celebrate Cinco De Mayo.

But according to LAEater.com, the iconic Mexican eatery was shut down three days prior amid a 'slew of violations' that brought its score down to 84, giving it a B grade, while one 'major violation' forced a permit suspension: cockroaches.

Department of Public Health’s website lists a violation for 'rodents, insects, birds, or animals'.

According to its Retail Food Inspection Guide: 'A cockroach infestation as evidenced by one or more live cockroaches in the food preparation, food storage, warewashing, indoor customer dining area, or restrooms' results in immediate closure.

The restaurant told the site that two roaches were found behind a burst pipe in the back storage room.

It also committed to a complete remodeling of its 61-year-old kitchen, which its was undergoing as of May 17.

But in the brief window it reopened following the infestation, Cheban was confident enough to bring his KUWTK co-stars for a bite to eat, even documenting it for his 2million followers on Instagram.
