'She told me to never, ever pluck my eyebrows!': Kaia Gerber, 15, reveals mom Cindy Crawford, 51, insisted tweezing would be a big regret

Cindy Crawford is one of the most famous supermodels of all time.

And now her daughter Kaia Gerber, 15, is nicely following in the Vogue model's footsteps.

On Thursday the teen told People the advice her 51-year-old mother has given her over the years which includes not plucking her eyebrows, never being late and to always be nice.

Cindy told Kaia that she never touched her brows when she was growing up and that's why she now has 'really good brows.'

The brunette – who is the face of Marc Jacobs' Daisy fragrance – said: 'She told me not to touch my brows.

'There was a time when I really wanted to do stuff to them, but she doesn’t touch hers and she still has really good brows, so I just learned from her not to touch them and I’m glad I didn’t.'

Cindy – who also has 17-year-old son Presley with her husband Rande Gerber – has been told to be punctual and be 'nice' to everyone she meets in the industry.

She said: 'She teaches me things that could translate to any line of work, but it’s mainly just being on time; she’s always on time no matter what.

'She also taught me it’s important to be nice to everyone, to learn everyone’s names [on set] no matter if it’s the photographer or the assistant.'

Kaia has claimed regardless of her celebrity status she has realised she can still be a normal person.'

She said: '[Being famous] has taught me that you can still be a normal person. When I come back home after shooting, I’m just a regular 15-year-old girl. I think just not letting it get to you.'

And the fashion muse has also picked up skincare habits from her parent and has admitted she 'never' sleeps with a face full of cosmetic products on, and she carries out a thorough cleanse every evening.

She explained: 'I could never sleep in make-up - that’s my big thing. I wash my face and moisturize it every night. I also use masks.'

'She's very simple herself,' Kaia revealed about her supermodel mom to Brydie magazine. 'She doesn’t need a lot of time to get ready; she’s very go-with-the-flow.'

Cindy's mini-me says she has taken that approach with her own ideas of beauty and says it makes her not 'a diva in any way.'

Some of the tricks Kaia says her mom taught her include, using vitamin E oil for glowing skin. Cindy learned it in the beauty world and passed it on to her daughter. 

She also credits working with professional makeup artists for some of her beauty secrets. 

She said she never really knew anything about highlighting and contouring, but her friends teach her stuff like that and she's starting to embrace it. 

'It’s fun to try new things. I’m not picky at all,' she concludes.
