She's planning to move to the East Coast to be closer to her supermodel daughters.

And Yolanda Hadid, 53, has successfully managed to sell her Beverly Hills home for $4.995 million, which will no doubt help with her move to one of the world's most expensive real estate spots, reportedly the Four Seasons in New York.

She'll no doubt miss her old apartment, however, which was located in the famous Carlyle Residences, and boasted three bedrooms, quartz kitchen counter tops, crystal chandeliers, rare onyx and granite baths, and automated UV-blocking window blinds.

The over-sized windows also offer sweeping views of Los Angeles, whilst the building offers valet, a concierge, wine storage, a gym and swimming pool.

Yolanda who recently divorced music producer David Foster snapped up the Los Angeles condominium in December 2015 for $4.59 million, meaning she will be making a small profit on the $4.995 million sell. 

The star will also be able to progress with her move to New York where she will be closer to her gorgeous daughters, Bella and Gigi as well as her son Anwar, who is spending a lot of time modeling in the city.

Yolanda bought the LA condo just over a year ago after selling the Malibu mansion she lived in with David Foster for $27.5 million.

She is now preparing to say goodbye to her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills status with her move to the East Coast and her new home in the Big Apple. 

However the Dutch reality television personality is not downgrading despite her move to the one of the world's most expensive real estate spots.

According to Page Six, Yolanda will staying in a private apartment at the posh 30 Park Place address, better known as the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, and is famous for being the tallest residential building in the area.

The skyscraper offers lucky residents breathtaking views of the Midtown skyline and New York Harbour, whilst the 38th floor houses a top flight gymnasium, conservatory, screening room, children's play room, dining room and kitchen, as well as access to the hotel restaurants.

Residents also have access to a 75-foot swimming pool, as well as a spa, salon and ballroom.

Among Yolanda's neighbours will be the property's owner Larry Silverstein and his wife, who are moving into a penthouse on the 80th floor of the condo.

Boasting about his development, he previously said: 'All around us, downtown has become a model of what is best and most exciting about New York. 

'Since 2001, the population has tripled, and we are now one of the city's most desirable places to live and raise a family.'
