She accepted a well-earned Philanthropist Award at the star-studded Global Gift Gala red carpet event in Paris on Tuesday evening.

And Pamela Anderson proved she can do off-duty glamour just as well as she left the Four Seasons Hotel George V in the French capital on Thursday.

The former Baywatch star, 49, looked effortlessly elegant as she slipped into a blue and white sun-dress to walk her beloved pet pooch.

The actress looked perfectly sun-kissed in the dress, which was emblazoned in blue, white and purple stripes and cinched at the middle with a black tie.

Pamela's platinum-blonde locks tumbled down her shoulders and she accessorised with a pair of retro sunglasses.

The star completed her look with a white leather handbag and patent nude stiletto heels.

Pamela is regularly seen out and about with her dog and is a well-known animal rights campaigner.

She recently posed in a series of nude black and white photos for campaign charity PETA.

The actress was pictured in a lacy negligée with a sloping neckline that revealed quite a bit of her decolletage as she stared down the camera.

May 25 will mark the release of Baywatch: The Movie, a comedy adaptation of the NBC drama series which propelled Pamela into the spotlight.

Kelly Rohrbach will slip into the role she played from 1992 until 1997, alongside stars Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron and Priyanka Chopra.

Both the Baywatch beauty and David Hasselhoff have secured themselves cameo roles in the upcoming release.

Meanwhile in her personal life, Pamela has been romantically linked to the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange.

But the blonde bombshell has remained coy about whether their relationship is romantic.

In a recent interview, she told People: 'Julian is trying to free the world by educating it. It is a romantic struggle, I love him for this.'

The rumoured romance comes after the star's three failed marriages.

She was married to rocker Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 after knowing him for only four days.

The former flames share her only two children Dylan Jagger Lee, 19, and Brandon Thomas Lee, 20.

Pamela went onto marry Kid Rock in 2006 but they were separated in 2007.

In the same year, she tied the knot with Rick Salomon and despite a 2008 annulment she remarried him by 2014 but they parted ways for good in February 2015.
