'Purposeful poop': Ruby Rose slams Katy Perry's 'Taylor Swift diss track' Swish Swish as 'a sloppy mess'

Katy Perry will never admit if her new song Swish Swish is a diss track aimed at Taylor Swift.

But for whatever reason, Swift's close friend Ruby Rose slammed the song the very night it was released.

'Purposeful poop' to 'bomb a petit' to a sloppy mess of writing over the top of Funkagenda..stop trying to make 'Wit..I mean 'fetch' happen,' the actress tweeted.

Fans immediately recognized the thinly veiled attacks; 'purposeful' being how Katy described the first song from her new album Chained To The Rhythm, while her second single was called 'Bon Apetite'.

Borrowing a venomous barb from Mean Girls' Regina George, she appeared to tell the singer to stop trying to make 'Witness' - the name of her new album - happen.

In a follow up tweet, she appeared to target Perry's political alignment with Hillary Clinton during her doomed presidential campaign last year.

'I just think with everything going on in the world to go from rebranding as political activist only to ditch it and go low.. is.. a bummer,' she said.

Any doubt on who she was talking about soon disappated whena fan told her not to drag Nicki Minaj - who raps on the track - into it

'Not gonna lie Nicki is great on it and basically the only part that doesn’t sound a mess,' Rose replied

Katy's new track Swish Swish was instantly assumed by fans to be a diss track aimed at Taylor Swift, who in turn supposedly wrote 2015's Bad Blood about her former friend.

Don't you come for me / No, not today / You're calculated / I got your number /'Cause you're a joker / And I'm a courtside killer queen,' Katy sings in the opening verse.

When asked by Entertainment Weekly recently if her new album had a response to Swift's Bad Blood, she replied there is 'no one thing that’s calling out any one person'.

But she added: 'One thing to note is: You can’t mistake kindness for weakness and don’t come for me. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone. Anyone.'

The singers' beef reportedly stretches back to 2012, supposedly sparked over the two 'stealing' back-up dancers from each other.
