He has worked with the icons of pop, counting Katy Perry and Madonna as his muses, and now he is adding a lesser known singer of his style ranks.

Madison Beer - who Justin Bieber singled out as a star on the rise - is Jeremy Scott's new muse.

The 18-year-old was styled by the Moschino creative director in a surreal time travelling fashion shoot for Wonderland magazine.

The budding pop star graces the cover of the magazine wearing bold looks from the designer's collection that see posed up in crucifixes, as a showgirl and a couture wearing freedom fight.

Madison is dressed from head-to-toe in Moschino for the latest Summer 2017 issue, on shelves Friday.

In one daring image, the 18-year-old sits with her legs part wearing a semi-sheer dress.

The singer wears the sheer creation with a green military jacket, a fashion re-imaging of a combat backpack and a gun sling with a beret.

While still not a household name, Madison has found legions of fans who have streamed her songs millions of times.

Her big break came at just 13 when Justin tweeted after seeing her cover of an Eta James song.

The pop star said: 'Wow. 13 years old! she can sing. great job.'

But it was not the Californian girl's first brush with fame, as she told the magazine she has long been friends with Justin's ex Hailey Baldwin.

Madison said: 'We've been friends since I was about 12. She actually came to my 13th birthday party! She's like a sister to me.' 

With Justin and Jeremy behind her and her talents, Madison's star is on the rise and the teen told Wonderland she has set her sights on the top.

She told the magazine that her career bucket list was 'getting a Grammy and selling out Madison Square Garden'.

But already she has a strong fan following, who mean the world to her, Madison said.

'Every time someone stops me for a photo, it's surreal. My fans are my world… I think one of the craziest moments had to have been when I had a meet up at a mall and thousands of people came! It was shocking… 

'Hearing their stories, crying with them, laughing with them; those moments to me are the most special and cherished.'
