And Heidi Klum was making the most of the sunshine as she spent some time bonding with her son Johan, 10, in New York City on Sunday.

The Germany's Next Top Model host, 43, looked effortlessly stylish in a Fleur du Mal bias silk jumpsuit as she wandered around Manhattan.

The model cut an effortlessly chic figure as the garment flowed freely in the gentle breeze.

Prepared for the sunshine in the Big Apple, the mother-of-four styled a matching hat and a pair of mirrored shades to shelter her eyes.

Heidi kept it cool in flip flops, not needing to add to her statuesque height, as she sashayed through the streets.

The fashion designer brought a touch of sparkle to her appearance with a single gold plated bangle.

Johan - the son of Heidi and British musician Seal - kept it casual in a skinny jeans, a T-shirt logo and preen white pair of trainers.

Heidi has been dating art dealer Vito Schnabel, 30, since 2014.

The model split from ex-husband Seal, 54, in January 2012 after seven years of marriage.

The couple tied the knot in Mexico in May 2005, and finalised their divorce in October 2015.

Heidi has four children; the eldest is daughter Leni, 13, whose birth father is Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, 67, and was later adopted by her second husband Seal.

The model and the musician share three children, Henry, 11, Johan and their seven-year-old daughter Lou.

Heidi was previously married to stylist Ric Pipino in 1997, but they parted ways in 2002.
