    Sleep

    2
OMG, I slept so well last night.  A log.  A sleepy tired log.I haven't been posting about it, but my sleep has been trash the last weeks/month or so.  I even dreamed.  Far as I can tell just an ordinary stupid dream (something about my son and cologne?...not sure where that came from, he generally doesn't like that stuff)...not a nightmare.

    Healing Signs

    1
How can we tell when healing has happened? This might be my most recurring question in the long, winding journey from the Kiddie Whorehouses to comfortable retiree. I believe I have healed many, many of my too many psychic wounds in those decades, but. . . I still have no clear measure for the healing of a psychic wound. It remains an acceptance of faith. Proof unavailable. Here in my current...

    Messing up at work

    4
Thank god I am an early morning stock person and they have trouble getting people to do that job.  That is my one advantage that is likely keeping me for being let go.  Yesterday I worked an hour more than I was suppose to because my phone died and I cannot judge time.  Today I left 2 hrs early on my shift because I did not double check my hours.  I normally work 3 to 730 on tuesdays but we...

    PSTD.

I actually dont know what to say, only its so tough to make a friend when your in this boat. You have the thought in your head that your all alone and friendless. Who in their right minds would care about what I do? NOONE . I have only made a few friends so far, Nobody wants to support me. Thats some of why arfe told me about here. Im hopeing and praying shes right.

    The Inner Troll - OT?

    5
My first tech use of "Troll" happened in 5th Signal Command school in 1973. The Army was still using point-to-point networks on antique WWII teletypes and once an hour we needed to "Troll the circuits" to be certain all of them were still on-line. That meaning remained valid in my tech career until the WWW explosion in the late 90's. I still do not have a meaning I can trust for the internet...

    GD - Role Models

I was 16 years old the first time I watched Lily Tomlin in her role as Ernestine on "Laugh In." It was love at first giggle. I imitated her enough to earn disciplinary action from HS officials. I imagined Lily would be proud. I am currently loving her in "Grace and Frankie." Sam Waterston even looks like the hubby I currently can't sit in a private room with might look like with a healtheir diet....

    Anxiety Attacks Still Here

    1
Hello! Little bit of context: Recently I found myself in a troubling situation with an older guy. It started out fun, but then he started to invade my life. He joined my church, my dance school, downloaded all of the apps I had, became friends with my family members, bought the same car as my dad, and even went as far as to get on the same medications as me. He was constantly down at my house, at...

    Numbers

    3
this is totally off topic btw. I can feel numbers feelings. Its really strange i know. Like 11.37am that number likes me and feels good to be used for a alarm for example if i need to get up around 11.40. I always choose 3 alarms to set to wake me. All 3 different times within in -10 mind of when i should get up for. It depends how the numbers are feeling. Some number just feel right at certain...

    Someehere only we know.... Calypso

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mer6X7nOY_I am prepping through out the day creating paper snowflakes to hang around the ship. There I feel like the world is filled with wonder and friends that do understand. A beautiful boat created by us here at DS . At first we started the cruises with DarkGypsy's glitter sub. It swung the oceans and the universe. Equipped well by Scotty with warp drive....and...
