Bristol Palin's one-year-old daughter Sailor Grace may be the apple of her eye, but the little girl sure knows how to make a mess. 

The 26-year-old mom couldn't resist snapping a photo of her eldest daughter covered with chocolate while simultaneously eating sausage and a bowl of ice cream.

Although Sailor may look angelic with a flower crown in her hair, Bristol noted that 'this girl does whatever she wants' when posting the snapshot to Instagram on Sunday.

The mother-of-three completed the post by using three emoji: a wide-eyed face, a crown, and a bomb, presumably to represent the explosion of food on the table in front of Sailor.

Bristol and her husband Dakota Meyer appeared to be dining at Rudy's Country Store and BBQ in their new home state of Texas, where they have been living with their three children for the past four months. 

And Bristol wasn't the only one who felt Sailor's mess was worth documenting.

Dakota, 29, also took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday to share footage of his little girl chowing down at the BBQ joint.

'My world,' he captioned the clip, which sees Sailor's face covered in melted ice cream while she spoons the dessert into her mouth.

The next video sees her moving on to jalapeno sausage, which she is happily dipping into melted chocolate.

Although it is a strange combination, Sailor looks as happy as can be with her dinner. 

A few hours before, Dakota posted a video of Sailor wearing a yellow and white dress and a backwards baseball cap while walking under a stream of water spurting out of an outdoor fountain.

Dakota is also dad to their newborn daughter, Atlee Bay, and a stepfather to Bristol's eight-year-old son, Tripp, and while he clearly loves all of their children, he seems to really get a kick out of his eldest daughter's antics. 

On Monday morning, he kicked off the work week by sharing a sweet video of a pajama-clad Sailor gleefully raising her arms in the air while sitting in her high chair.

The little girl appeared to be excited for her breakfast of tiny sausage sandwiches, proving once again that she is a better eater than most toddlers.

Dakota went on to reveal that Sailor had an audience during her breakfast, sharing footage of her doll and stuffed bear sitting in a line on the table in front of her.  

Last week, Bristol seized the opportunity to soak up some time with her family on the Fourth of July after Dakota spent a week away from home on a birthday fishing trip with his friends.

The mom took to Instagram to celebrate Independence Day on Tuesday, posting an image of herself cradling her baby daughter Atlee Bay while wearing a very patriotic American Flag scarf. 

'Happy 4th of July!!' she captioned the cute image, before adding: 'Spending this Independence Day at home with my babes.'

On Sunday, Bristol shared another adorable image of her baby girl grinning at the camera while enjoying a bath.

Meanwhile, Dakota was busy sharing pictures and video from his fun-filled birthday boat trip, which he returned from over the weekend, having spent a week away from his family.

Sharing an image of himself wearing a patriotic American Flag-patterned one-piece, the former Marine can be seen posing on the back of the fishing boat alongside his three friends. The picture was captioned: 'Had a great time fishing this week! #ownit #soulsearching #ownthedash #america'

On June 26, Dakota celebrated his birthday at home with his family, before leaving to enjoy a week-long fishing trip with his friends.

Bristol paid tribute to her husband's birthday by posting an Instagram photo of Dakota about to blow out the candles on his cookie cake. 

'Happy birthday @dakotameyer0317 hope you have the best time fishing!! #29#almostthirty,' Bristol captioned the image, which sees Dakota's arm around Tripp, her only child with her former fiancé, Levi Johnston.
