LaBeouf's sighting came two days after his sixth arrest - this time for obstruction, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
Shia was taken into custody around 4 a.m., and was released later Saturday from Chatham County Detention Center after posting a $3,500 bond, the Chatham County Sheriff's Office said.
'Shia approached someone for a cigarette [in City Market downtown]. When the person said no, they say he started swearing in front of women and kids,' police told TMZ.
'He was told to leave but refused and became aggressive toward an officer.'
