This is the dramatic moment a rattlesnake swam up to a boat full of tourists who are sent into a blind panic when the creature leapt on board the vessel.
Anthony Baciocco, 19, was out on the water of Folsom Lake in California with four friends before the deadly snake approached them.
In the video, the group are at first excited by the unexpected sight of the rattlesnake swimming toward their boat.
However, they quickly descend into panic when the slithering creature makes its way onto the back of the vessel.
One of the passengers screams: 'Go fast! He's on the boat!'
The passengers scream with terror as the boat speeds away and tries to ditch the snake.
Another terrified tourist shouts: 'Go! Go! Go!'

However, some thought the group should have tried to help the creature. One commenter wrote: 'Should have helped him out he just wanted to get back to shore.'
Rattlesnakes are known to be adept swimmers and have been found several miles out at sea.
Rattlesnake bites can be dangerous and are occasionally fatal to humans. Their venom is also extremely potent.
