A female gang-member belonging to the notorious street gang MS-13 told her murder victim she would see her in hell as her grisly death was filmed, an FBI agent testified on Monday. The disturbing testimony was given in a court in Virginia, where 17-year-old Jose Cerrato is on trial for orchestrating the murder of 15-year-old Damaris A. Reyes Rivas (right) in a Fairfax County park. At least 10 members of MS-13 have been arrested since the gruesome murder of Rivas, including Venus Romero Iraheta (left), 17, who allegedly screamed she would 'see her in hell' as she was filmed stabbing the other teen 13-times. At least 10 members of MS-13 have since been arrested following the gruesome killing of Damaris Reyes Rivas, who was ordered murdered by top ranking members of the group in El Salvador who believe she was responsible for the death of her boyfriend. Authorities said that 18 members in total are suspects in both murder cases, which took place in Fairfax County in early January.

During a six-month renovation of the wine cellar at the historic building, the team found three cases of Madeira wine believed to be from 1796.They also found an additional 42 demijohns covered in wicker that date back to the 1820s.

In newly released police body camera footage, the Transformers actor is heard repeatedly using expletives, name-calling law enforcement officers and accusing a black cop of arresting 'white people who give a f***.' Clay Aiken has revealed Donald Trump did not decide who was fired on the Apprentice, despite the president turning the slogan into his catchphrase. Aiken, who was a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice in 2012, claims Trump was not the one making the final decision on the show and he instead relied on a teleprompter. 'Trump didn't decide who got fired on Apprentice, I mean, NBC made those decisions,' the 38-year-old said. He then added: 'I think to myself, the man as president definitely has a teleprompter sitting on his desk right now with people telling him, "Well such and such is in the healthcare bill, don't say this".'

One woman (inset, right) directly referred to Irina's figure in her comment about the body painting session. 'I think it's cool!' the woman said. 'She has a great body, why not show it off with some beautiful art?'

The incredible scenes were caught on camera by student ranger Oliver Lane, at the Umlani Bushcamp in Timbavati Private Nature Reserve in Hoedspruit, in South Africa's Limpopo province. The footage shows a buffalo doing its best to fight off two lions. Together, the predators manage to drag their prey to the ground and proceed to dig their fangs into the helpless animal. But as the buffalo cries out in distress, his friends come running back to fight off the predators. Overpowered, the lions are forced to slink off without any dinner.

Mother-of-three Ashley Murrell, 33, had a heated argument with her husband Mikey (together, left), 36, when he returned home late from a 16 hour shift as she was worried he was running himself into the ground. Mrs Murrell, from Somerset, told her husband to sleep on the sofa on May 16, but when the beauty therapist woke up the next morning, she discovered her husband had died. She later learned her husband, who worked as a carpet cleaner, had been working extra hours to save money to take her to Prague for their anniversary on July 3. But now it has emerged that she is now in a relationship with his brother, Chris (right), after he supported her through her grief.

Hidden somewhere in the picture, taken in Kenya's Masai Mara, is a camouflaged leopard, heading towards its dinner. The photo was taken by German wildlife photographer Ingo Gerlach who admits he was lucky to have spotted the big cat in the first place. He said: 'The leopard was incredibly shy and I had to wait over five hours to take the picture.'

The 37-year-old was pictured hanging helplessly in a harness on the 15ft wall after being hoisted over from Mexico, over into Nogales, Arizona, by smugglers on Saturday night. When border patrol agents approached, the men trying to lower her on to the other side ran away in fear, leaving her stuck there. She tried to climb back over herself but couldn't without their help and was left with no other choice but to let the US officials cut her down and take her for questioning. She was uninjured and is now being processed for questioning, a US Customs and Protection spokesman said.

NEW Drone footage has captured hundreds of sharks swimming close to school children and through schools of baitfish (bottom left and right) at Red Bluff on Quobba Station in Western Australia's north. Photographer Sean Scott couldn't believe his eyes when he saw two three-metre Bronze Whalers (top left) stalking the youngsters at the beach. 'I flew [my drone] over and then saw these sharks sort of swimming across thinking, "what's going on here''?' The Bronze Whalers came terrifyingly close to the children as they floated on their bodyboards in the murky waters just metres from shore. 'They were obviously going over to have a little bit of a look and got pretty close and realised that wasn't their food chain and turned around,' Mr Scott said. 'But it was pretty incredible to see these boys just floating on their back.'

This is the hilarious moment that two podgy babies could not stop laughing as they sat on a vibrating keep-fit machine. In 'ridiculously cute' footage the tots' bodies wobble and shake as the machine jolts rapidly from side to side. The adorable tots struggle to contain their giggles as they look at each others' bodies jiggling. But their infectious laughter is broken up by the vibrations of the machine - making for a hilarious noise. The video - recorded in an unknown location - has racked up thousands of views and shares after being posted online by blogger Loving Ellie's Belly. She had uploaded a clip of herself using a similar machine just days before - which is thought to have inspired the tots.

A North Carolina family couldn't believe their eyes when they walked outside to find a large bear clawing at the inside of their SUV. Ashleigh Watkins, who lives with her husband and their three-year-old son in North Asheville, was alerted to the bear by a sheriff's deputy on Wednesday morning. Watkins told Fox Carolina that their vehicle's doors had been left unlocked and the bear must've opened the door and let itself in. Watkins said the bear was panting heavily when it was let out, leading them to believe the animal had been trapped for awhile. According to the game warden, the bear wasn't a cub nor was it full grown. The bear also had an injured paw, the warden said. But the not-so large beast 'completely destroyed the interior' of the family's Honda Acura. 'The damage he caused totaled our car,' said Watkins.

The team generated highly-realistic videos of former president Barack Obama talking about terrorism, fatherhood, job creation and other topics using audio clips, weekly video addresses and even clips from when he attended Harvard Law School, that were originally on a different topic. Video footage has caught the moment a motorcyclist is hit by a car and has his head run over in Lanxi, China's Zhejiang province on July 6 (left). The man appeared to be unharmed thanks to the fact he was wearing a helmet (right). It is believed that the silver car driver drove away after the incident.
