Body camera footage emerged on Tuesday showing actor Shia LaBeouf repeatedly calling a police officer a 'stupid b****' and a ‘dumb f***,' making remarks about race and threatening authorities with his lawyer during his latest arrest in Georgia last week.

The 31-year-old actor was arrested in a hotel lobby at 4am on Saturday by the Savannah Police Department and was later released after posting $7,000 bond.

LaBeouf was charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction after getting aggressive over a cigarette.

The newly released footage capturing a portion of the incident shows the irate and seemingly inebriated actor raving and hurling expletives at police officers.

LaBeouf opens his foul-mouthed diatribe by declaring, 'I have rights! I'm an American!' 

He demands to know why he is being taken into custody at his hotel before he is handcuffed and placed in the back of a police cruiser, all the while heaping verbal abuse on the officers.

An officer attempts to have a conversation with LaBeouf, but the latter refuses, saying in reference to the handcuffs restraining his wrists: 'You gonna put these s***s off my arms or you'll be f***ing f***ed.’

LaBeouf turns political, telling the officer, who is African-American: 'you wanna arrest white people who give a f***, who ask for cigarettes?’

The actor, who has a long history of run-ins with the law, is heard in the video complaining that the handcuffs are too tight 

Video concludes with LaBeouf apparently in jail, shouting, 'Why am I in custody?'

LaBeouf then turns political, telling the officer, who is African-American: 'you got a president that don't give a s*** about you, and you're stuck in a police force that don't give a f*** about you, so you wanna arrest white people who give a f***, who ask for cigarettes?’

The incensed actor then retches up the vitriol, declaring: ‘I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid b****, I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb f***. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist, you stupid b****?’

The video then shows LaBeouf boasting to the officer: ‘I got more millionaire lawyers than you know what to do with, you stupid b****!’

The footage, which appears to have been edited down, concludes with LaBeouf standing against a wall and lamenting that his handcuffs are too tight.

'Why am I in custody? Why am I in custody?' he shouts. 

A second video obtained by the DailyMail.com this afternoon shows that LaBeouf continued spewing obscenities and ranting about race as he was being taken to jail.

'You're a pirate, b****!' LaBeouf howls from the back of the squad car, 'and you put your own kind in the pen for nothing!

He then goes on, telling an officer: 'You put a white man in the pen, for what, you f***ing b****?' for asking a black man for a cigarette?'

The Hollywood star then once again brings up his attorney. 

'I pay my taxes, you dumb b****. You're about to meet my lawyer...and you'll feel like a stupid, slimy w****. Enjoy your life, that's your legacy, you f***ing coward.'

And even then LaBeouf was not quite done yet.

LaBeouf is then stood up agaisnt the wall, with his hands still restrained, and proceeds to chant, 'the cuffs are too tight,' over and over again, then presses the cops to tell him the reason for his arrest, as a female officer tries to get him to spell out his last name.    

According to police, the incident began unfolding when the Holes star asked a bystander for a cigarette to which he was told no, prompting him to be disorderly, 'using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present.' 

After he was to leave, police say LaBeouf refused and became irate towards an officer. He ran to the hotel to avoid arrest.

The actor is currently in around the Savannah area filming his new movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon, along with Dakota Johnson.

It's not the Transformers star's first time in a cell, having been arrested five times before.

In February 2005, he was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, after ramming a neighbor's car with his in a road rage incident.

In July 2008, he was arrested for drunken driving after being involved in a crash in Los Angeles, and refusing a Breathalyzer test at the scene. 

Police later confirmed the accident was not his fault; he was t-boned by the other driver who ran a red light. His truck rolled and crushed his left hand, causing extensive injuries.

In June 2014, LaBeouf was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass at New York's Studio 54 theater, where he swore and spat at police, according to his arrest report.

He was also arrested in November 2007 for misdemeanor criminal trespassing while loitering in a Walgreens pharmacy and refusing to leave.

A warrant was issued for his arrest in March 2008 after he failed to turn up for court over an unlawful smoking incident in Burbank, but it was recalled when his attorney eventually turned up the following day.

In February 2011, he was also lead away by police in handcuffs after a fight at a bar in Sherman Oaks, but no arrest was made.
