Since splitting from her husband she seems to have developed a taste for hunks.

But Jon Hamm's rumoured new girlfriend Jenny Slate went solo as she emerged from a hotel in New York on Monday.

The shapely comedienne seemed in high spirits indeed as she flaunted her wares in a tight-fitting silk dress by Michael Kors.

The 35-year-old Saturday Night Live filly was in fine form as she trotted down the street in her flattering silk gown, which she twinned with towering stilettos.

And it is no wonder she had a spring in her step, given she is rumoured to be in a relationship with TV star Jon Hamm.

Last month she was photographed emerging from a cinema with the Mad Men hunk in Hollywood.

The seem to have grown close while worked together on the movie Aardvark, which was featured in this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, and were seen cosying up at an event together in LA in February.

It was a relationship that even took Jenny, who started dating the beefcake soon after splitting from her husband Dean Fleischer-Camp, by surprise.

She said: 'To be quite honest, I didn't think I was his type,' a reflection that proved to be uncannily accurate.

She added: 'Eventually, when it was like, ''Oh, you have these feelings for me?,'' I was looking around like, ''Is this a prank?''

They notably partook in the awkward moment after bumping into each other on the red carpet, shaking hands at the premiere of Gifted in Los Angeles back in April.
