The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and her ex-husband Apollo Nida have reached a divorce settlement, three years after officially splitting.

Parks and Nida will share joint legal custody of their two sons, Ayden, seven, and Dylan, four, as part of their custody agreement, according to TMZ.

The 43-year-old reality star will reportedly have primary physical custody of their children, while Nida, who is currently serving an eight year prison sentence, is allowed weekly phone calls with them.

The pair were also at-odds over spousal support and property division.

However, the agreement surrounding these matters remains confidential, adds TMZ.

After five years of marriage, Parks and Nida officially separated in 2014.

Parks initially claimed in March their divorce was finalized in November, but she then had to completely refile her legal documents after a judge nullified the divorce.

The judge threw out the case after Parks 'intentionally misspelled the parties names' as 'Nita' instead of 'Nida.'

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge believed the reality star misled her ex into thinking he could attend hearings.

The incarcerated fitness trainer - who filed his own docs on December 2 - reportedly never received documents confirming the divorce was final and was never informed of the final hearing.

Nida is currently serving an eight-year sentence for racketeering at Fort Dix Correctional Facility where RHONJ's Joe Giudice is also serving a 36-month sentence.

While in the New Jersey prison, Apollo managed to woo and get engaged to Pennsylvania realtor Sherien Almufti on November 14.

Parks, meanwhile, has caused controversy after she confessed to being the source of a 'date rape' rumor while on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

The star was reportedly fired from the hit reality series after leveling untrue 'date rape' allegations against co-star Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker.
