'We talk all the time': Drake Bell says there are 'no hard feelings' between him and Josh Peck after lashing out at former costar about wedding snub

Drake Bell wants people to know there are 'no hard feelings' between him and his former sitcom sibling Josh Peck.

The 31-year-old actor opened up about his relationship with his former Nickelodeon co-star, telling People he and Josh 'talk all the time' and he still considers Peck one of his 'best friends' even though Bell wasn't invited to the star's June 17 wedding.

The former child star is clearing the air after causing a stir when he tweeted 'When you're not invited to the wedding, the message is clear,' on the same day as Peck's nuptials.

Drake's set the internet aflame when he called out his TV brother, writing 'Ties are officially cut. I'll miss you brother' the same day Peck, 30, wed longtime girlfriend Paige O'Brien.

But in his interview with People, Bell insisted 'there are no hard feelings' between him and the Grandfathered actor.

'He's been my best friend for 18 years. In all honesty, we talk all the time, we've been talking.'

Still, the Honest signer did say the wedding snub did catch him 'off guard' because he 'hadn't heard anything about' Peck's impending nuptials.

But Bell said he was more surprised by the amount of attention his message got, calling the reaction 'a shock.'

'I didn't think it would be that big of a deal,' Drake said, 'I did not realize that it was going to have such a viral affect.'

While he was hurt by the wedding snub, the child actor did not like seeing fans criticizing Peck for not inviting his TV stepbrother.

'It's kind of one of those things where you're fighting with him on the playground, but if someone else says something, you're like, "Hey, I can say that but you can't!"'

Bell also touched on the possibility of a Drake & Josh reunion, telling the magazine he loves the idea of a reunion 'If it's done the right way.'

'I don't know if a reunion of us doing the same characters as in Drake & Josh, or different ones like in Pineapple Express. But it would definitely be fun.'
