The decrepit state of the apartment paired with its hefty price tag highlights the reality of city's tough property market. The unit's bathroom (bottom left) shows water-damaged walls and rust-stained tiles, while the bedrooms have mattresses on the floor with broken blinds hanging overhead (bottom right). Meanwhile, the kitchen (centre) and lounge room (top left) appear to be in no better condition.
