Cat and Patrick married in a romantic ceremony in Rome in September 2012. The couple tied the knot after 11 months of dating yet spent years as close pals.

After welcoming Milo to the world in January 2016 it seems Cat is eyeing a larger brood although she admitted her fears over being an older mother.

On Tuesday, as the happy couple stepped out without the tot in tow the West Bromwich born beauty looked sensational in her head-to-toe black ensemble.

Her incredibly toned arms were undoubtedly the focal point of the ensemble while her gym-honed frame was subtly displayed beneath the maxi.

The floor-skimming number oozed low-key glamour while she slipped on just flip-flops and toted a stunning fringed clutch bag.

Scraping back her blonde tresses, which have won her lucrative deals with haircare ranges, she helped show off her dewy complexion - shielded beneath chic glasses.

Patrick meanwhile also went low-key - opting for a crew-neck black T-shirt with grey shorts and trainers while peeling on edgy black sunglasses.

Just last week, Cat Deely, 40, discussed how she would love to add to her brood because she is loving every minute of being a mother yet revealed doctors have warned her she is at 'triple high risk' as a 'geriatric mum'.

Talking about her wish to have more children, she told The Mirror: 'I would love some more. But I have got to get on with it if I do.

'When you go for your check-ups they call you a "geriatric mum". That is the terminology they use, I swear. They say, "Ma'am, you are triple high risk".'

The phrase is used to refer to women who get pregnant after the age of 39, where it is considered that there is a high risk of abnormalities.

Risks are said to include premature birth, low birth weight in the baby, stillbirth and chromosomal defects in the baby.

In the mother, it's thought that there could be labor complications, higher chance of cesarean section high blood pressure in the mother and gestational diabetes.
