'I'm embarrassed': Real Housewives Of Orange County star Shannon Beador says weight gain is caused by being 'devastated' over husband
The Real Housewives of Orange County's Shannon Beador is addressing her body image and relationship issues as the Bravo series' 12th season kicks off this week.
In a sneak peek of the program, the 53-year-old beauty reveals that she started packing on pounds amid the chaos that erupted when her castmate Vicki Gunvalson said that Shannon's husband David Beador was a domestic abuser during a cast trip to Ireland last year.
'I knew an allegation was put out there about my husband,' Shannon said. 'That stress caused me to eat more, caused me to drink more and that's a huge part of why I gained my weight.'
