She's often lamented that since giving birth 19 months ago, her body has never quite been the same.

But Imogen Thomas looked nothing but stunningly svelte when she stepped out at the Izabelle Hammon launch in London on Thursday.

Wearing a knee-length lace bodycon dress and killer black heels, the model showed off her trim figure to full effect.

She opted to wear her thick raven locks in softly tousled waves, and added a sweet touch to her ensemble with a pair of silver heart-shaped earrings.

The 31-year-old and her partner Adam Horsely welcomed their daughter Ariana Siena in February 2013, and since then, Imogen says she's lost at least a stone through exercise and healthy eating.

However, the size 10 former Big Brother star insists she has no desire to be stick thin.

The model told Reveal: 'At the beginning of the year I wanted to lose at least a stone and anything beyond that would be a bonus.

'In terms of toning, I wanted to firm up my tummy because, after giving birth, that was the area I was most self-conscious about. Not only have I lost a stone, I've also dropped a dress size, so I'm really pleased with myself.'
