The Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr in Trump Tower was accompanied by two more people than previously revealed, including a former Soviet counter-intelligence official, who some U.S. officials believe has an ongoing relationship with Russian intelligence, according to NBC News. The individual, Russian-American lobbyist Rinat Akhmetshin (circled center image in glasses), confirmed his participation in the meeting to the Associated Press. He has denied any current ties to Russian spy agencies. Akhmetshin escorted Natalia Veselnitskaya (right) to Trump Tower last June, where she met with President Trump's eldest son (left), along with his son-in-law Jared Kushner and then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort. NBC, which initially withheld Akhmetshin's name, described the lobbyist as holding dual American and Russian citizenship, having emigrated to the US after serving in the Soviet military.

Sinkhole opened up in a Tampa swallowing a WHOLE HOUSE 

Two homes have fallen into a 200-foot sinkhole that has opened up in a Tampa neighborhood forcing residents to evacuate. The sinkhole opened up in Pasco County at about 9:30 a.m. in the Land O Lakes neighborhood. Fidel Lopez pleads guilty to killing Maria Nemeth

Fidel Lopez, 26, pleaded guilty to murder and sexual battery charges in exchange for a life sentence on Thursday in Florida's Broward County Court. He brutally murdered and molested 31-year-old Maria Nemeth at his Florida apartment in 2015 after flying into a rage when she called out her ex-partner's name during a drunken sexual encounter.  Lopez had called police to his apartment on the night of September 20, 2015 claiming that his girlfriend was having trouble breathing. He initially told investigators that the couple had been having rough, drunken sex when Nemeth fell ill. He later admitted to flying into a rage when she shouted her ex-husband's name during sex, before he molested her and ripped out her intestines. Police arrived to find a large amount of blood on the floor of a closet and reported there was also 'several chunks of bloody tissue'.

A pregnant raccoon crawled into a car in Manatee County, Florida on Wednesday morning and gave birth to two cubs in the backseat. The mother and her baby destroyed the car peeing in it and scratching all over. One cub was found in the car while the other was found stuck in the trunk, soaking wet.

Stunned eyewitnesses in the town of Progreso de Madero in southern Mexico filmed what appears to be a huge black ring surrounded by smoke in the sky.

The unflinching man was filmed reaching hundreds of feet into the air above the sea as he accompanied a nervous woman. As they take off the woman can be heard shrieking while they ascend.
