Two homes have fallen into a 200-foot sinkhole that has opened up in a Tampa neighborhood forcing residents to evacuate. The sinkhole opened up in Pasco County at about 9:30 a.m. in the Land O Lakes neighborhood. The home fell into the watery hole this morning and the muddy pit has now claimed part of a neighboring home. Firefighters said the hole grew within minutes. Police have confirmed that nobody was injured as the residents had already left for work. Eleven other homes in the surrounding streets have been evacuated.

Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky managed to once again avoid the horrors of a five-day work week, this time by heading off to London on a family vacation. The pair were seen making their way through Heathrow Airport on Thursday, with Marc pushing Charlotte through the crowds on a luggage cart while Chelsea held Aidan in a Baby Bjorn. This is one of the few times that Aidan has been seen since his birth in June of last year, and the infant seemed happy as could be while taking in his surroundings at the airport. Sarah Cummins was due to marry her fiance Logan Araujo on Saturday at the Ritz Charles reception venue in Carmel, just north of Indianapolis. The 25-year-old cancelled the wedding last week but found she was unable to refund the cost of the reception dinner for their 170 guests. The Purdue University grad student decided to donate the reception to several homeless shelters in Indiana and invited them to dinner at the venue on Saturday night.

Randi Zurenko, 34, was jailed on Thursday after pleading guilty to having sexual relations with two female teenage students while teaching at a Pennsylvania Catholic high school. She begged the judge for leniency for the sake of her own young children when being sentenced. The mother of five was jailed for up to 23 months with four years probation and must register as a sex offender for 25 years. She had been charged with more than 200 child sex offences during her time as a teacher at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg.

Stuntman John Bernecker (right with girlfriend Jennifer Cocker) has died after falling from a 25-foot balcony (left) onto the concrete floor while working on the set of The Walking Dead. The 33-year-old was airlifted to hospital in Atlanta on Wednesday and his ventilator was turned off a day later surrounded by his friends, family and girlfriend Jennifer Cocker. Sources claimed John suffered swelling to the brain, while a coroner confirmed that he died of blunt force trauma after losing his footing and falling while rehearsing a fight scene with actor Austin Amelio, who plays Negan henchman Dwight. Assistant Director Matthew Goodwin told TMZ that he missed a landing cushion (inset), by a matter of inches. Crew put down cardboard to cover the blood.

President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron are no strangers to the awkward handshake. But their most recent embrace in Paris on Friday - which lasted a whopping 30 seconds - has been branded the 'most bizarre' yet between the two world leaders. The handshake battle was a clear power struggle between Trump and Macron as they said au revoir at the conclusion of the US leader's visit to France, according to body language expert Patti Wood. She believes Trump had the lower hand right from the start and tried to grip on to maintain he still had power.

President Donald Trump arrived back in the U.S. after a whirlwind trip to France to celebrate Bastille Day Friday afternoon. The president and first lady landed at Newark Airport in New Jersey. Earlier in the day, Mr Trump tweeted that he would be attending the U.S. Women's Open, which is taking place at his golf course in Bedminster. USGA has faced pressure from women's groups and three Democratic U.S. senators to move the event because of Trump's comments about women. The golf association refused, keeping the marquee event at the course located a few miles from its headquarters. Many players did not want to comment on Trump this week.

Mel B has been 'ordered to pay' estranged husband Stephen Belafonte a reported $40,000 a month, despite squandering the bulk of her multi-million pound fortune during their 10-year marriage. A Los Angeles judge is understood to have granted film producer Belafonte's request for emergency spousal support to cover basic amenities including as food, housing and phone bills, TMZ claim. According to the website the order also includes a separate $140,000 payment for his legal fees as their acrimonious divorce proceedings continue.

Natasha Boggs, 24 (top left), was arrested on Friday in New Franklin, Ohio. She was charged for hitting and killing two 14-year-old girls on May 28. Investigators say Boggs was texting when she drifted and fatally struck middle schoolers Amber Thoma (bottom left) and Taylor Galloway (bottom right). A 15-year-old boy who was walking with the girls was also injured.

John Vos, 54 (left), CEO of hedge fund Aksia has been charged with failure to stop the possession of alcohol by a minor at his home in New Canaan, Connecticut (inset). Police in New Canaan alleged that Vos was 'un co-operative' throughout their investigation. His son Hayden, 22, (center) and daughter Sophie, 18 (right), were also arrested.

A federal jury has awarded $7million in damages to the family of a woman killed by two police officers in Madison, Wisconsin, on Thursday, saying the officers used unreasonable force. The civil lawsuit was brought by relatives of 26-year-old Ashley DiPiazza, who was shot to death in 2014 while holed up at her apartment with a gun. Dane County prosecutors previously cleared the officers, Gary Pihlaja (inset left) and Justin Bailey, of any criminal liability during the incident in which they shot DiPiazza 11 times. During the trial, DiPiazza's family said that the officers shot her even though she threatened no one but herself, but the officers testified that they shot DiPiazza when she emerged from a bedroom with a gun to her head and ignored their commands to drop the weapon.

Two nursery workers in southern Brazil have been charged with suspected child abuse after shocking CCTV footage emerged of the pair assaulting toddlers at a daycare centre (pictured left and right). The women are alleged to have physically manhandled the children, aged two to four, as well as slapping them around the head, pulling their hair and punching them. The footage was leaked on social media and immediately caused outrage.

A woman in the middle of selling off her house was barred from closing the deal after a family of strangers turned up saying it was their rightful home. Dena Everman (bottom left) returned to the house in Marietta, Georgia, (top) on June 25, for what she thought would be the last time before she was due to close the sale the next day. But Everman found Tamera Pritchett (bottom right), her fiancé, and two children had moved in after they responded to a fake Craigslist ad from someone claiming to be the owner. The predicament lasted for nearly three weeks before Everman contacted the district attorney, who deemed it criminal trespassing.

CCTV footage shows tourists carefully perusing a room decorated with dozens of rectangular pillars at renowned artist Simon Birch's exhibit in Los Angeles. One woman appears to crouch down next to one of the installations, topped with a crown, when disaster strikes. The woman appears to lean against one of the structures, sending it toppling into others in a domino effect until they all fall down. A YouTuber who claims to be a friend of British-born artist Birch, 42, uploaded the video online.

The camera woman - named Abby Russell - doesn't indulge the pooch as it continues whining. Eventually Chip gives up his wailing and returns all four feet to the ground.

Adorable photos show ten-week-old cubs playing in their enclosure at a private zoo in Dvorec in the Czech Republic under the watchful eye of their parents. The animals, four females and a male, were born on May 4 earlier this year. Quintuplets of white lions are extremely rare in one litter because usually there are no more than four cubs. Most passers-by assumed the dark, stationary object by the side of a Russian road was just a rock. But when one eagle-eyed driver stopped to have a closer look, he found a six-month-old kitten nearly frozen to death. So the man, Slava, wrapped the immobile creature in a towel and rushed her home to warm up. He later decided to adopt the adorable feline, and named her Nika. She had to have her frostbitten tail amputated but otherwise made a full recovery and now has a loving home with Slava.

A pregnant raccoon crawled into a car in Manatee County, Florida on Wednesday morning and gave birth to two cubs in the backseat. The mother and her baby destroyed the car peeing in it and scratching all over. One cub was found in the car while the other was found stuck in the trunk, soaking wet.

The elderly couple (pictured), believed to be from the US, can be seen in the heartwarming clip published online today. As the man leans over his wife, he chats with her, and sweetly points out that she has done the same thing for him in the past. 'I've never combed yours before, Nellie,' the husband says as she arranges his wife's hair. 'This is the first time for this, you know.' He is clearly eager to do a good job and to make sure he doesn't miss a spot. While he holds the comb with one hand, he uses his other hand to gently smooth Nellie's hair in a delicate gesture.
