The former England player who retired in 2013 obviously felt the burn as he was sweating profusely as he made his way back to his car, carrying two pink smoothies.

The handsome hunk, who has won league titles for his teams in England, Spain, the US and France, showed off his pecs and the tattoos on his muscular arms in a dark grey T-shirt.

David's black shorts that he wore with white socks and slides gave a view of more ink on his calves.

David has been married to former Spice Girls pop star-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham since July 4, 1999,

They share four children, Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 12 and daughter Harper, who turned six on Monday.

The Beckhams came under fire this week when it emerged that Harper had celebrated her birthday at a special party at Buckingham Palace in London.

The celebration was organised for her and a few of her friends by Prince Andrew, 57, and ex-wife Sarah, the Duchess of York, also 57, in his personal apartment in the Palace.

Their daughter Princess Beatrice, 27, was also part of the fun, posing on her knees with the children.

Sources close to the Duchess of York insisted it was a ‘family’ event, with the invitation being extended by the whole York family.

‘Members of the Royal Family often invite friends for tea at the palace and the Beckhams are family friends. This was a treat for Harper and some of her friends,’ the source said.
