Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland was photographed in Los Angeles on Monday baring her enviably taut midriff beneath a pale purple bra-lette.

The 26-year-old left a flowing pink jacket open over the look, though she had knotted the hems just above the waistline of her faded powder blue jeans.

She swung by karaoke bar Break Room 86 that night for what Billboard has reported was a listening party for Demi Lovato's new single Sorry Not Sorry, which then got a wide release at midnight.

Tears ran up and down each leg of Sarah's jeans, and she'd folded the hems up slightly, allowing for a full view of the nude ankle-strap stilettos she'd worn. 

Accessorizing with clear-rimmed glasses and hoop earrings, she'd clasped on multiple necklace, one of which featured a key-shaped medallion.

She'd dished of her fitness regimen in an interview that Shape ran online last month that 'I like to build muscle by strength training with my trainer.'

Manhattan-born Sarah's gone on: 'I do an hour-long full-body workout five to six days a week whenever I can. We focus on different body parts, and in between each one, I do one or two minutes of cardio. It's pretty intense.'

Exercise is 'really fun for me. I get an endorphin rush and feel good about myself. Plus, my trainer is like my fit therapist! We talk about life, and before I know it, my sets are done,' she's reminisced of her workout sessions.

Of indulgences, she's confessed: 'Hey, I'm the first one to pick up Taco Bell or a pizza,' adding the counterpoint: 'But as long as you account for it with exercise, you're fine. I believe in everything in moderation.'

In that interview, Sarah also said: 'I'm naturally confident, but I still have insecurities. And that's OK. As long as you feel good about your body, that's what really matters.'

Quoth she: 'I have a tattoo on my wrist that says 1, 2, 3.... It reminds me to count to 10 when I'm stressed, scared, or upset, and it clears my head,' she's explained.

'It also reminds me to be spontaneous and active - like when you go cliff diving and count to three before you jump,' Sarah went on with her description. 'Looking at my tattoo helps me live my life better every day.'

Sarah has been in the principal role of Haley Dunphy on Modern Family since its premiere on ABC in 2009 and has continued in the role to the present.
