In the first snap, taken ahead of her wedding to Jamie in May 2016, the mum-of-four is seen posing in a sexy bodysuit and heels, looking muscular.

Rebekah is then pictured in December 2016 while eight months pregnant with little Finley, and then finally, wearing a bikini and lapping up the sunshine on a beach last month.

The former events organiser used the group of images to show how much her body has changed in just twelve months.

'All of these pictures were taken within just over a year of one another. It's amazing how many changes the female body can go through,' she told her followers.

'The first pic was in May 2016 just before my wedding and I was hammering the gym to be super toned in my dress. I can't believe how little I was, I just didn't realise I was at the time and I was really enjoying my fitness.

'Second pic was when I was heavily pregnant with Finley in December 2016. The third one was just a few weeks ago on holiday.'

She continued: 'My body is still changing now and absolutely nowhere near my pre-baby body - probably never will be as I may never feel inclined to work out that hard ever again - but I'm ok with that. We are who we are.'

Rebekah was inundated with praise from fellow mums and her fans for showing the realities of how pregnancy and birth can change a woman's body, and for not feeling pressured to snap back into a certain shape.

One told her: 'Love this! I've had 3 babies in 4 years and it's definitely taken it's toll on my body but I've learnt to realise that I have had 3 babies and I'm happy with that.'

Another agreed: 'My body is not the same as it was before my son but who cares I created a human.'

A third added: 'I wish more women in the public eye would have the same attitude as you, it would have a much more positive influence on a lot of young girls and women.'

Rebekah has become well-known for her anti-body-shaming stance and never being afraid to hit back when she sees negative comments about her figure.

In May the busy mother - who also has kids Megan, 11, Taylor, six, and Sofia, two -publicly slammed a vile troll who branded her 'fat gut' in an anonymous Instagram comment.

'For anyone that says I’m fat Just so you know, I couldn’t care less.. I’m having too much fun playing with my kids and enjoying my hols.'

'P.S........just for the record I’m a MASSIVE size 8/10 you drips #huge.'

She has also appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain to discuss body-shaming in the wake of Finley's birth, and why she thinks it's important for women in the public eye to promote healthy body confidence.

'I think it’s important to know that perfection doesn’t exist,' she said.

'I wanted to do the shoot to show that this is what reality looks like after birth. This is nothing to be ashamed of.'
