Most moms have experienced the unfortunate phenomena that is mom-shaming, but no one deals with it more than those mothers who live in the public eye.

Even Pink isn't immune to the unsolicited parenting judgements of others, as was the case after she shared a simple, sweet image of herself cooking with her children.

The photo, posted on Instagram on Monday, shows the 37-year-old singer multi-tasking like a pro, cooking vegetables on the stove while wearing her seven-month-old son on her front in a baby carrier.

Her six-year-old daughter Willow is watching the whole thing, kneeling on top of the counter next to the stove.

'Dinner time,' Pink wrote in the caption for the photo.

While many followers took to the comment section to praise Pink for her ability to look after her kids and get dinner together while making it all look easy, other people weren't so impressed.

'Cute photo but please don’t cook wearing the baby. I’ve read some really horrific stories about terrible accidents that have occurred doing this,' said one critic.

Another added: 'I babywear all the time except when I’m cooking hot meals. The better alternative, I suppose if you really must, would be wearing the baby on your back. Not directly facing the hot stove.'

However, others were far more vitriolic in their anger against the star, with one writing: 'Are you kidding me? Parent police here! Very unsafe!'

On the other end of things, many fans of Pink rushed to her defense against the so-called 'parent police' and 'mommy-shamers'.

'It's funny how these mom-shamers are quick to judge. Oh wait, because they're the "perfect" parent,' wrote one supporter. 'I just wish they would get a life and let you be a parent. Your kids are beautiful. Enjoy every minute because it flies by.'
