easyJet passenger 'punched in face by Nice Airport worker'

A photograph (pictured) circulating online appears to show an airport employee, believed to be a special assistance provider in Nice, punching the father in full view of other passengers. Witness Arabella Arkwright, who was with her children at the time, told MailOnline of the chaos that unfolded as families waited to board flight EZY2122 from Nice Airport (top right) to London Luton. 'Everyone was having the most appalling day and then, all of a sudden, a man holding a baby gets whacked,' she said. He is believed to work for French company Samsic which is contracted by Nice Airport to provide employees who help disabled passengers, including those in wheelchairs. Passengers reacted to the incident on Twitter (bottom left).

The Siberian Nenets tribe who survive in a -50C climate

The Nenets are a tight-knit nomadic people living in the Yamal-Nenets region - a name which translates to 'edge of the world' - on the outskirts of Russia, where temperatures can drop to a bone-chilling -50C. Living in reindeer-fur teepees, dressed in reindeer fur clothes, eating raw reindeer meat and sacrificing the animals to the gods of their ancient religion, they migrate more than 1,000 miles each year on hand-made, wooden sledges.

Michigan couple convert school bus into home

Matt Myaard, a 29-year-old physician's assistant and his wife Emily, a 28-year-old high school teacher, spent five months and more than $17,700 on the project, and say there are now hooked on travelling around America in it.
