The charges stem from a case that dates back to 2012 and involves one of his children, kristv.com reports.
Abraham was supposed to be paying $1,500 a month child support but as of June 2012 he owed more than $43,000.
He paid monthly installments for about a year but the regular payments stopped in December 2013.
The last payment he made - which was for the amount of $16.84 - was in 2015, according to the Attorney General financial activity report.
Abraham reportedly has eight children.
The sheriff's department is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest of any of the fugitives on the August list.

Abraham had performed with his sister in the Selena y Los Dinos band until her death in 1995.
The Mexican-American songstress was murdered in 1995, aged 23, by the president of her fan club Yolanda Saldívar.
Selena had just discovered Saldívar had been embezzling money from her.
Saldívar was found guilty of first-degree murder and was sentenced in October 1995 to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 30 years.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced last year that the superstar will be honored as a part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame class of 2017.
