The mom-to-be has her long blonde hair in a top knot, and she is wearing navy blue capri leggings, a black workout that hugs her growing baby bump, and a pair of seafoam green Nike sneakers.

The video stars with Lara doing lunges while moving a medicine ball from side to side with her hands without letting her baby bump get in the way.

'Thirty-five weeks pregnant,' Michael says in the background. 'Almost there. Nice and looking good.'

Toto's song 'Africa' starts playing in the background, and after finishing her lunges, Lara moves on to doing step up side kicks on a workout bench.

Aside from her growing stomach, Lara looks as trim and toned as ever, making it hard to believe she is over eight months pregnant.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Online, Lara revealed that she has been 'blessed with an incredibly easy pregnancy' that has allowed her to remain fit and active throughout, admitting that she was 'worried' about the prospect of not being able to workout.

'I was always a little worried, because I had heard different things from different people about their pregnancies; some people have to stay in bed for months... you never know what you're going to get,' she said.

'I knew I needed to workout for my sanity, and I try and make it a daily habit if I can, so I count myself very lucky that I have been able to keep doing that while pregnant.'

Lara also admitted that she had heard staying fit and active can make delivering a baby easier - and helps to ensure that the recovery time after birth is as speedy as possible.

'I know it can make the delivery easier, which would be great,' Lara said of her efforts to stay fit and healthy. 'And it means that the recovery time after birth is often shorter.'

Certainly, Lara looks to be in top form - and her trainer Michael thinks so too, sharing the same workout video on his own page and commenting: 'Baby training with my client @laraleatrump 35 weeks in and looks amazing.'

The trainer went on to say that the first move she did is 'great for shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, and quads'.

But being able to stay active isn't the only thing that has helped Lara throughout her pregnancy; the expectant mother admitted that she has had a great deal of support from husband Eric, and both of their families, as she prepares to welcome her first child.

'The nursery is coming along nicely, we're nearly there with it, which is a huge weight off [mine and Eric's] shoulders,' she explained. 'Eric actually built the crib himself, he's very handy!

'We have a rocking chair for the nursery that was too wide to fit through the door, so he just took the door off the hinges. I was very impressed.'

And as for ensuring she feels fully prepared for every eventuality, Lara says that her two sisters-in-law with children, Ivanka and Vanessa, have been on-hand throughout her pregnancy to offer help and advice whenever she has needed it.

'The great thing about both of my sisters-in-law is that I've been able to watch them being great moms,' she said, before adding: 'They have both been so great with me, they have answered all my questions and are always there to tell me what I should do, which is great; I'm a brand new mom so I don't know the difference between car seats and strollers.

'Having them there has been wonderful.'

And with the help of her in-laws, and husband Eric, Lara says her main focus now is just taking care of the final preparations, including buying a stroller, and diapers, and getting her hospital bag ready.

'I spent most of the weekend in our laundry room washing, drying, and folding baby clothes,' she admitted, revealing that she and Eric have been given plenty of gifts for their newborn by friends and family.

'We'll probably get the stroller this weekend, and then we're pretty much ready,' she then added, explaining that she will be splitting her time between New York and Westchester in the coming weeks as her doctor has advised that last weekend was the last time she could travel before the birth - when she took the chance to attend a rally with her father-in-law, President Trump, in West Virginia.

'Doctors told me that my last chance to travel had to be last week, so I attended a rally in West Virginia with my father-in-law which was amazing,' she said of the event, which saw her take to the stage to make a speech in support of the President.

Over the weekend, Lara also showed off her growing baby bump during her last visit to the White House before before her due date.

The soon-to-be mother cradled her belly as she stood in the historic building and asked her sister-in-law Ivanka Trump to snap the black and white photo on Saturday.

'Last trip to the #WhiteHouse before this bump can see it for himself,' she captioned the image, crediting her sister-in-law for capturing the sweet moment.

Lara and her husband Eric announced in March that they were expecting their first child together, after keeping it under wrap since January.

Although her due date is next month, it hasn't stopped her from taking on a new role for her father-in-law, President Donald Trump.

Lara hosted the first episode of Trump's 'real news' program, which provided viewers with a recap of his 'wins' for the week.

She signed off at the end of the video: 'Thanks for joining us everybody, and that is the real news.'

Lara is the latest member of the Trump family to find a place within the White House, after Jared Kushner and Ivanka became advisers to the president.

Eric said he found out that Lara was pregnant on his 33rd birthday on January 6, which was 'pretty cool'.

However, the expectant parents admitted that their secret was by no means an easy one to keep — particularly after they shared the happy news with Trump.

Their impending arrival will be Trump's ninth grandchild, and the couple said they had trouble coming up with a name.

Lara has become increasingly more active in Trump's circle, spotted at rallies and even taking hold of the microphone at events.

In July she took the stage in Youngstown, Ohio, to speak to Trump supporters.

She attempted to dismiss the Russia investigation into her family, telling the audience they had to 'keep something in mind' when they hear the country's name in the press.

The former Inside Edition producer said: 'The same people touting this crazy Russia story are the ones who gave us the fake polls throughout the election, remember those?'

Lara once again decried the Russia investigation at a Make America Great Again rally in West Virginia, on Thursday.

She said of the 'crazy story about Russia,': 'It's so crazy, you have no idea.'
