Amy Schumer was spotted kissing fellow comedian Rory Scovel on the Boston set of her film I Feel Pretty on Monday.

The 37-year-old bearded funnyman was a last-minute leading man replacement for Rafe Spall (Roadies, The BFG) who had an 'unforeseen travel conflict' - according to THR.

A boom mic hovered over the 36-year-old Emmy winner and The House actor - who've both had Netflix stand-up specials - as they filmed a boozy picnic scene.

On Sunday, Amy announced that she'll act in Steve Martin's new comedy Meteor Shower, which begins previews November 1 at Broadway's Booth Theatre.

'I got to do a Steve Martin play in college,' the Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo author - who boasts 13.5M followers - gushed on Instagram.

'[I] have loved him since I saw him as the waiter in the muppet movie. He is my friend and I just love him and can't believe I get to be in his play on BROADWAY!!!'
