Her twins have been living with their grandmother Priscilla Presley as Lisa Marie goes through a bitter custody battle with their father.

But the daughter of Elvis Presley spent time with eight-year-old twins Finley and Harper at the Ventura County Fair on Sunday.

The 49-year-old daughter of Elvis watched on as the girls played games to win prizes at the family friendly attraction.

Presley wore a grey cardigan with a grey v-neck top while her daughters dressed much more colorfully in pink and purple shirts.

At one point, all of the girls dressed up in Victorian era fashion for a silly photo booth shoot.

The youngesters appeared to be having a blast during the rare sighting with their mom ever since they were removed from the care of their parents earlier this year.

Presley has been dealing with a contentious divorce from her fourth husband Michael Lockwood for over a year now, with the two fighting over money and custody of their twins.

She filed for divorce on July 13 of last year, citing irreconcilable differences.

They wed back in 2006, where guests at the $340,000 ceremony in Kyoto, Japan included Carly Simon, Fiona Apple and Aimee Mann.

In papers obtained by DailyMail.com Presley claimed that her husband of 10 years had 'hundreds of inappropriate pictures and disturbing video' on Lockwood's computer.'

Presley said she 'was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach,' when she saw the images on Lockwood's computer.

Her husband shot back, blasting her for making the 'unproven allegations' against him in publicly available papers.

'It is particularly distasteful that [Presley] has placed more value on trying to damage my reputation than on the fact that her false statements may be brought to our daughters' attention,' he said.

'As I experienced during our more than 10-year marriage and as I believe this court will learn [she] has great difficulty being honest and she rarely, if ever, accepts personal responsibility for her own wrongdoing,' he added.

Child Protection Services decided in the aftermath of that filing to take the girls away from both parents and agreed that they could live with their 71-year-old grandmother.

'The girls have not been in foster care and never will be,' Priscilla said in a statement.

'The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out.'

Priscilla, who sources say is siding with her son-in-law rather than her daughter in the divorce battle, said both parents see the girls regularly back in May.

Lisa won a major victory in the ongoing divorce back in February when Lockwood's request for spousal support in the amount of $40,000 each month was denied by the judge.

He did order Lisa to hand over a monthly payment of $10,000 for five months to cover her estranged spouse's legal fees, which the court ruled would be the only expense the heir to Elvis' vast fortune was required to pay.

She has claimed that she is struggling financially in recent years, with the situation becoming so bad that she has moved in with her daughter Riley.
