Addressing her despair, Sarah then expresses her fears that Paul has potentially damaged her career, and convinced her haters she has not changed from her former wild-child persona.
She said of her drunken evening on Monday: 'It's so hypocritical, everyone stays up every other night, and I had one night and he says something like that.
'I didn't come in here to get pissed every night, and he could ruin my career by saying that. He's like 'Oh, she's had a drink, she's up and down, she's fragile...'. What are people going to think?!'

Shocked, Paul said in response: 'Wow, that's so harsh Sarah.'
To which the blonde exploded: 'Yeah well you're no friend. We know where we are.
'You carry on criticising everyone else, and out them all on TV for being p***heads... oh no, you just do that to me.
