Fans got their first full look at Josh Brolin's Deadpool 2 character on Instagram Monday.

The Marvel film's leading man Ryan Reynolds got the honor of revealing the cantankerous Cable, 'a time travelling soldier' with a glowing eye and scar strewn face.

The husband of Blake Lively captioned the shot of his on-screen antagonist with Wade Wilson's typical snark, writing 'We all have that one, grumpy, heavily armed Uncle from the future,' and the cheeky tags '#PremiumCable #MaximumA**hole.'
